General Concepts

• You're not editing the model, you're editing the steps to make it
• You can “go back in time” to edit earlier steps
• Designing starts with a 2D sketch
• Sketches get turned into parts using features

General Controls

• Right mouse button to orbit (rotate your field of view)
• Ctrl + right mouse button to pan
• Left click to select (multiple objects)
• Spacebar to deselect
• Alt+c to bring up search
• N to look normal to a face
• Shift + X to use a section view

Sketch

• Draw using the line (L) and circle (C) tools
• D to use the dimension tool
  • Hold shift to dimension to edges of circles/arcs
• Q to mark lines as constriction
